This hit hard My Lord loves me and just wants me to come home. Seeing the pictures with his son reminds me of all the good times I’ve had growing in relationship with him and I’ve been running after sin that tears me apart.

On my 10th day of Carnivore. My chronic joint pain almost completely gone. I am having feelings of is this really happening? I have been in so much bodily pain. It is literally unbelievable. I buy Kettle & Fire bone broths. It is better than trying to make them. For me at least. Thanks for sharing.

Instapot bone broth 2-4 hours. Its good. Taste like steak.

Bone broth ... Need to bake bones for 1/2 hour or so before you slow cook. Throwing chicken bones wouldn't hurt also.

it's also cheaper than the standard diet....I've been eating Shrimp and eggs for b-fast, and ribeye and shrimp for dinner. I'd say it's less than $10 per day.

Why don't you cook bones with a whole onion. 2 celery stalks, a carrot and cider vinegar. After 6/8 hours strain it. Throw out the veg. With lots of salt and pepper and squeeze of lemon it really is delicious.

If you put some onion, garlic, a little celery and a carrot and some spices in your bone broth it helps a lot. and especially apple cider vinegar

My arthritis of the spine doesnt hurt at all now. 3 weeks on carnivore. I sleep deeper now. I lost 8 lbs already and bm's are predictable and not painful. Zero gas. Never going off!

Great video Rick. Am 63 and have had chronic daily migraines for years which I use Imitrex to control. On a water fast now and plan on transitioning to carnivore soon (been watching a bunch of UA-cam videos). Thanks for sharing your experience and your candor...I now know a bit more of what to expect and to stick with it past the possibly first rough few weeks.

How long did it take to recover after you cheated just out of interest brother?

At 59 I have never felt better one month and I don't think I can go back to carbs. It was my birthday and after eating a small piece of cake I felt ill for two days. It really works and I've lost15lbs.
